Living Beyond Existing is a 12 week program that is ran by Lyrik Place Inc. in the summer and fall that focus on Social and Emotional Learning. The program is open to children ages 7 to 17 in the Chicago area. Children come to the or twice a week for lecture and hands on activities. There is a spiritual component that is also implemented.  The children are feed and go on field trips around the city. This program is FREE for the children. 

LBE Mission: Raising awareness and understand for youth in under-served communities by investing in social and emotional development.  Living Beyond Existing program encourage regular school attendance, high achievement, life skills and low behavior issues.  

LBE Vision: Impact children, families and communities by showing our youth living is about having difficult situation and learning from them, building from them and not allowing them to define who they are.  Living is looking forward to tomorrow know it will could be a better day.
